For
more than 30 years, Elaine's heart and passion has been for the
healing ministry as well as teaching and equipping the body of
Christ to live the Kingdom Life.
She trains healing teams,
teaches Biblical principles for healing and faith. Her heart is
to see people live the abundant life that Jesus offers them. In
this is the healing power of the Risen Christ; the precepts
written in the Word of God. His Word helps us to understand the
depth of the love of God for each of His children.
She trained her first healing team in the
early 80's at Hope Lutheran Church where her husband was
pastoring. In January 2000, she and her husband, Bud, opened the
Healing Center International in Brooklyn Center, MN.
Since then,
she travels both nationally and internationally training healing
teams, opening healing rooms in Switzerland and Germany and in
the USA, holding healing services and teaching Kingdom Living.
Since 1996, she has been on the teaching
staff of Heart for the Nations Bible Training Center in Brooklyn
Park, MN.
Elaine comes from 6 generations of Baptist
ministers and is grateful to her Southern Baptist Grandmother,
Gaga, for introducing her to healing at the age of 5. Gaga
taught her the principle of 'laying on of hands' which not only
released healing in her body, but also imparted a profound call
to teach the Word of God with signs following. She received
Jesus as her Savior at 9 years old but it wasn't until she
received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at the age of 36 that
all the power of God opened to her.
She and her husband have 3 children and 4
grandchildren, and live in Edina, MN.
